Open the game and choose I cannot get in on the login screen to start account recovery. Check your spam folder if you are waiting for an email. Contact us if you still need help.
Account and privacy requests
You can manage sign-in methods and start account deletion from Your account after signing in. Read the retention and deletion section of our privacy policy for what is removed and what may remain in the shared world.
